SG Development Group began in 2015 as SG Carpentry, built on a foundation of hands-on experience and high-quality finishing work. As our network grew, so did our scope—expanding from painting and repairs into full-scale renovations and development projects.
Today, SG Development Group operates as a small in-house design-build and construction partner for residential and commercial projects across Seattle and the Puget Sound. Our work prioritizes clear communication, thoughtful design, and long-term performance.
