Deonté founded SG Development Group with a simple philosophy: do the work properly, and let the results speak for themselves. With over two decades of experience in carpentry, finishing, and residential construction, his background is rooted in hands-on building - not shortcuts or volume work.

  • Known for precision, clean execution, and problem-solving on complex sites, Deonté leads projects from planning through completion. His experience spans high-end finishes, restorations, and full renovations, with a growing focus on development-scale thinking and long-term value.

Huyền brings a unique blend of operational expertise and creative vision to SG Development Group. As a consulting partner, she oversees project coordination and design, ensuring clear communication between our teams in Vietnam and the U.S.

  • What makes her perspective so valuable is her practical experience. Having spent time hands-on with painting, furniture making, product development and woodworking, she knows exactly how things are actually built. This builder’s mindset perfectly complements her broader background in real estate, property management, and interior design. It allows her to ensure every design decision works practically on the job site, keeping projects moving smoothly from the first idea to the final walkthrough.
