  • Known for precision, clean execution, and problem-solving on complex sites, Deonté leads projects from planning through completion. His experience spans high-end finishes, restorations, and full renovations, with a growing focus on development-scale thinking and long-term value.

Huyen Duong

Huyền plays a central role at SG Development Group, bringing nearly a decade of experience across operations, interior design, real estate, and project coordination in Vietnam. Her background is rooted in managing people, timelines, and moving parts—ensuring projects stay organized, aligned, and executable.

  • In addition to real estate and property management, Huyền contributes a hands-on design perspective shaped by practical construction experience, including painting, furniture making, and woodworking. This grounding allows her to translate design ideas into buildable, realistic outcomes rather than abstract concepts.

    At SG Development Group, Huyền focuses on operational clarity and experience creation—connecting design intent, site realities, and end-user needs to help deliver spaces that function well, feel considered, and perform over time.
