Scope: Full bathroom and utility room renovation
This project was all about making the space work better for a growing family—more function, cleaner layout, and a look that feels current.
We swapped the old tub for a walk-in shower—easier for their now college-aged kids—and added heated floors for comfort during Seattle winters. Modern cabinets, fixtures, and classic subway tile gave the space a fresh but timeless feel, while large-format floors added texture and contrast.
We also reworked the layout: shifting the vanity near the door and tucking the toilet into the corner opened up the room in a big way.
Simple changes, smart upgrades—and a space that finally works the way it should.
