We work in a highly creative space, and we need someone who respects the craft to help run the "back-end" of our operations. Your job is to manage the chaos behind the scenes so we can stay focused on building.

Virtual Office Management: Running our daily operations through Milanote, keeping project boards updated, and ensuring our digital workspace flows seamlessly.
Media & Document Organization: Acting as the gatekeeper for our iCloud Drive. You will organize files, project media, and business documents so that anyone on the team can find what they need in five seconds flat.
Talent Scouting & Coordination: Sourcing, hiring, and managing the right freelancers—from designers and renderers to video editors. You will ensure they hit deadlines and meet the SG standard.
Social Media Oversight: Overseeing our social media manager and ensuring our digital footprint is intentional and aligned with our brand.

Outcome-Oriented: You value results over hours spent. You have the discipline to manage your own energy and time without a manager looking over your shoulder.
Fluent in English: You speak, read, and write English fluently. You know how to get straight to the point and communicate with clarity and confidence when dealing with our team.
Technically Equipped: Our entire operational ecosystem is Apple-based. Owning and using a MacBook and iPhone is a strict requirement for this role to ensure seamless file-sharing.

The Workflow

Salary: Paid in VND. Rate is based on experience and skill level.
Structure: Task-based compensation designed to respect your time and efficiency.
Bonus: Guaranteed 13th-month salary for the Lunar New Year (Tết).
